PO2095 Open Label, Limited Access Protocol of Posaconazole in Invasive Fungal Infections

Major Objectives

The study is designed to evaluate the safety of Posaconazole under an open-label, limited access study for subjects with invasive fungal infections.

Patient Selection

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Adults (age ≥ 18 years) of either gender and of any race.
  • Children (age ≥ 13) years of either gender and of any race.
  • The subject or his/her legally authorized representative have given signed, written informed consent, or the informed consent was obtained.
  • Ability to take study medication orally by swallowing or via an enteral feeding tube.
  • Subject is willing and able to adhere to dose schedules and mandatory procedures.
  • A proven, probable or possible invasive fungal infection which is refractory to standard antifungal therapies.

Exclusion Criteria:

Females who are pregnant or nursing
